About Linda Ósk
Linda has always had love and passion for healthy living and has created this website to share her experience with you. She has 15 years of experience in training and teaching through movement and dancing. She has had the privilege to teach students of all ages and abilities in 5 different countries.

Doctors Corner
Along side Linda is her faithful husband Dr. Yngvi Finndal. He is a licensed physician who will be giving health tips and general advice. And on occasions join her in some of the exercises.
